Set Up Campaigns

Campaign Management

A campaign helps you manage a group of coupons more efficiently. For each campaign, you can specify an active period and associate existing coupons with it.

Associating a coupon with one or more campaigns changes the coupon’s lifecycle: It will expire when none of the associated campaigns are active. In other words, the coupon will only be shown in coupon games and/or distributed across the affiliate network when at least one of the associated campaigns is active.

By creating different campaigns with different active periods, you can save time managing the lifecycles of multiple coupons at once.

Create a Campaign

As an example, let’s create a “New Year” campaign that is active from January 1st to January 31st every year.

Add a New Campaign

In the dashboard, navigate to the “Conversion” tab, and click on the “New Campaign” button.

Setup Attributes

Name the campaign “New Year” and set the duration from January 1st to January 31st.

Check the “Repeat every X days” option and fill X with the value 365 to make the campaign recur yearly.

Associate Coupons to the Campaign

Select an existing conversion coupon, click on it to navigate to the settings page. In the Campaign section of the page, check the “New Year” campaign and click Save.

Now, the coupon is associated with the “New Year” campaign and will only be distributed during January 1st to January 31st every year.

If you assign multiple campaigns, the coupon will only be activated if at least one of the campaigns is active.
