Performance Tracking

In the “Upselling” panel of the YouCupon dashboard, there is a Statistics section displaying key performance indicators for your upselling coupons. This includes metrics such as the number of coupons distributed and used, as well as the additional revenue generated with the help of these coupons.

If you want to view the performance of a specific coupon, click on the Filter button in the upper-right corner of the section and select the product name associated with the coupon.

Important Metrics

We highlight the important metrics at the top of the dashboard:

• Coupon Offered: The number of upselling coupons distributed via the coupon game displayed on the upsell section.
• Upselled with Coupon: The number of distributed upselling coupons that have been used during checkout.
• Upselled Revenue: The additional revenue generated by YouCupon.

Detailed Metrics

In addition to the above key metrics, YouCupon also provides the following detailed metrics for deeper insights of your business:

• Page Viewed: The number of times the product pages were viewed by customers.
• Game Started: The number of customers who initiated the coupon games.
• Game Finished: The number of customers who completed the coupon games.
• Winning (Game) Rate: The percentage of games where winning coupons were offered, relative to all games displayed.
• Upselled: The total number of transactions made after the product was viewed in upsell section.
• Upselling Rate: The ratio of purchases made with upselling coupons to upsell section impressions.
• Estimated Service Fee: The fee charged by YouCupon for upselling coupons, calculated as: Total purchase amount with upselling coupons × 0.01.
• Estimated Net Revenue: The total purchase amount using upselling coupons minus the Estimated Service Fee.
