Account Settings
This section provides an overview of the global settings available in the “Settings” tab. These settings allow you to customize YouCupon to better suit your shop.
Basic Settings
This section includes essential YouCupon settings, such as your email address and theming options. The Theme Color you select will affect the appearance of all your coupons and the UI of coupon games.
We recommend choosing a theme color that aligns with your brand’s image and your shop's design. To change the Theme Color, either enter a hex code or use the color selector. The selected color is automatically applied to your coupons and game UI.
Light/Dark Mode
YouCupon supports both light and dark modes. Use the Theme Mode button to toggle between modes and ensure the design aligns with your store's aesthetic.
Advanced Customization
Clicking the “Advanced Customization” button opens a separate window where you can customize the styles of various YouCupon components and preview your changes in real-time.
-
General Settings: Configure the theme mode and primary theme color. These settings apply to both the "Storefront" and "Coupon Game" sections.
-
Storefront Settings: The settings here allow you to customize the look of the “Draw a Coupon” button in your store. You can set your preferred accent color to align with your store's design. Note that the background color is only for preview purposes, as the background of the “Draw a Coupon” button is always transparent. You can change the background color to match your shop’s background to see how the button feels.
-
Coupon Game Settings: The settings here apply to the coupon games. You can set the background color of the game window, the foreground color for the game UI, and the accent color for coupons and primary actions.
In the preview area, you can preview and interact with the coupon game by clicking the “Draw a Coupon” button. Changes are applied instantly in the preview area, ensuring YouCupon seamlessly integrates with your store’s style.
Abuse Protection
This option helps prevent coupon games from being exploited by computer programs or AI agents, such as ticket bots. It is especially useful for protecting high-value coupons.
When enabled, YouCupon adds stylization and adversarial patterns to the objects shown in a coupon game, making it difficult for automated programs and AI agents to match objects accurately.
Please note that while this feature blocks automated bots, it may also slightly increase the difficulty of the coupon game for human players.
Report Settings
By default, YouCupon provides monthly reports to help you track how it benefits your business. You can customize the frequency of performance reports or disable them entirely.
Once configured, YouCupon will send reports based on your selected settings.
Affiliation Settings
This option manages inbound and outbound categories, as well as the blacklisting of affiliate traffic.
- Inbound/Outbound Categories: When enabling affiliate settings, you must select at least three inbound and three outbound categories.
- Blacklisting: You can block specific shops by adding their domains using the “Add” button.
