Campaigns
Campaigns provide a productive way to group and manage coupons, enabling you to control their availability based on their active periods. You can efficiently manage multiple coupons, ensuring that only relevant coupons are shown to customers at the right time.
How do Campaigns Work?
By default, a coupon will always be active after it is created. You can limit the active period of the coupon by associating it with a campaign.
For each campaign, you define an active period and associate one or more coupons. When a coupon is linked to a campaign, it’s only available during the campaign's active period.
For example, if you want to offer coupons exclusively on Black Friday, you can create a Black Friday campaign and associate it with the relevant coupons. The coupons will automatically be available during the defined period of the Black Friday campaign.
If you want the coupons to remain available after the campaign ends, simply unlink them from the campaign.
When a coupon is assigned to multiple campaigns, it will be available whenever any of those campaigns are active. For example, if you assign both a Black Friday campaign and a New Year Sale campaign to a coupon, the coupon will be available during both Black Friday and the New Year Sale periods.
