Performance Tracking

In the “Lead” panel of the YouCupon dashboard, there is a Statistics section displaying key performance indicators for your lead-gen coupons. This includes metrics such as the number of coupons distributed and used, as well as the additional revenue generated with the help of these coupons.

Dashboard: Lead

If you want to view the performance of a specific coupon, click on the Filter button in the upper-right corner of the section and select the product name associated with the coupon.

Important Metrics

We highlight the important metrics at the top of the dashboard:

  • Impressions: The number of times the lead coupons were viewed by customers.
  • Coupon Used: The number of distributed lead-gen coupons that have been used during checkout.
  • Lead Revenue: The additional revenue generated by YouCupon.

Detailed Metrics

In addition to the above key metrics, YouCupon also provides the following detailed metrics for deeper insights of your business:

  • Saved: The number of lead coupons were saved in coupon game by customers.
  • Use Rate: The ratio of customers who used saved lead-gen coupons.
  • Estimated Service Fee: The fee charged by YouCupon for lead-gen coupons, calculated as: Total purchase amount with lead-gen coupons × 0.01.
  • Estimated Net Revenue: The total purchase amount using lead-gen coupons minus the Estimated Service Fee.

By leveraging these performance insights, you can fine-tune your coupon strategies to maximize customer engagement and revenue growth.
